Comfort Suites Monroe

This place suits me perfectly! Great wi-fi, free parking, and a seasonal outdoor pool. The staff even helped me with a bottle of water at night on my first visit. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay! Coming back for Christmas.

We were in Monroe for 3 days, had great stay, the hotel was clean with peaceful location close to restaurants. Booked a double room with central heating, television and a fridge. The service was great, including a quick check-in. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too...

Check-in was quick. Amenities as expected (although not as clean in some areas as desirable.)

Parking very tight & difficult, directions to location confusing. Entire city seemed dirty and a bit dangerous.

Reasonably spacious and immaculate rooms, very comfy beds.

We faced some hiccups-the pull-out couch bedding seemed questionable, and the pool was a bit too murky for a splash. A little extra attention to detail could really boost the vibe.

Upon arrival we asked to charge a different credit card than what we reserved the room on. They swiped the new card and still charged the old one. We didn't notice until we got home. Called and they said they would take care of it. Original Card was charged again. They assure me it was taken care of but I still waiting for credit to show up on account. It still shows not one but two charges. I've spoken to two people and have left message for GM Cynthia, but she has not returned my call.
